Welder Assistant
Job Description
A small job shop is seeking a well-rounded individual who is good with cleaning, sorting tools, stocking inventory, packaging shipments, and cleaning and maintaining the tools and equipment. Eventually, you will travel to various jobs 2 days a week, when needed, where you will read a tape measure and use different tools. This is a first shift opportunity working from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with overtime available.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must be mechanically inclined, must understand how to use different tools and read a tape measure, must have good math skills, and must be reliable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has Mig Welding background is desired but not required. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
