We are seeking a Warehouse Manager who will ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate flow of materials that support daily manufacturing operations and oversee all warehouse activities.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.   

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of raw materials, components, and finished goods
• Implement and uphold warehouse organization standards and monitor material flow to support uninterrupted productions schedules
• Manage the Shipping Coordinator, ensure all inbound and outbound shipment are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule, and verify shipping documentation, accuracy of orders, and customer compliance
• Coordinate logistics and negotiate pricing with carriers and freight partners 
• Ensure receiving processes meet quality requirements and materials are inspected and delivered promptly
• Lead, train, schedule, and support warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
• Conduct regular performance feedback, participate in hiring, on-boarding, and coaching, and promote a safety-focused team environment
• Monitor productivity metrics, identify opportunities to streamline warehouse and shipping processes, lead or support improvements, prepare and maintain reports, and resolve material or shipment issues
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, policies, rules, and regulations

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma; Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred
• Must have forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
• Must have knowledge of cycle counting, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, outbound shipping processes, carrier coordination, freight documentation, receiving procedures, and inspection standards
• Must have an understanding of inventory accuracy metrics, and able to manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods within a manufacturing flow
• Must be proficient with warehouse or ERP Systems, able to generate, interpret, and act on system reports
• Must have experience with barcode scanners, RF devices, location tracking, domestic and international shipping requirements
• Must have a hands-on knowledge of forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, related warehouse machinery, load capabilities, safe operation, and equipment maintenance needs
• Must understand how warehouse activities integrate with production schedules, able to prioritize raw materials delivery, and knowledge of kitting, staging, and line-side replenishment
• Must be familiar with manufacturing quality requirements, able to follow and enforce SOPs, work instructions, and audit standards
• A working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to align shipping with production schedules and customer deadlines, build positive working relationships with internal departments and external logistics providers
