We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team for a first-shift position from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your primary responsibilities will include fulfilling customer orders for food and non-food products, assisting agencies with order pickups, and ensuring warehouse sanitation and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble agency orders using pick lists or voice picking technology
• Properly stage products on pallets with correct labeling
• Deliver completed orders to designated areas
• Assist with inventory counting as needed
• Maintain knowledge and skills through training programs
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Report necessary repairs promptly
• Identify and address potential safety hazards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in process improvement efforts
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of warehouse or material handling experience required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Tow motor certification required; Serve-Safe certification preferred
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and reaching
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Good vision and depth perception required
• Team player with the ability to work independently
