Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and Review: Manage escrow requirements by meticulously reviewing instructions.
- Maintain Records: Keep escrow accounts and records up-to-date and accurate.
- Document Preparation: Order title reports, complete forms and statements, and gather necessary documents.
- Support Closings: Set appointments, assemble documents, ensure completeness and accuracy, and address any questions.
- Finalize Transactions: Record and file documents, distribute final closing statements, and title documents.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standard practices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to enhance our organization's reputation.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 consecutive years of recent escrow experience at a Title Company.
- Skills: Proficiency in preparing transaction documents, ordering title reports, completing forms, and organizing documents.
- Tech Savvy: Computer literate with accurate data entry skills.
- Continuous Learner: Willingness to participate in ongoing education.
- Compliance: Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements and standard practices.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service.
- Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and optimize daily schedules.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment and work ethic.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
