Job Description

A manufacturing company has an opportunity available for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.  This is a first shift position working from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Job Duties:

  • Manage purchasing and vendor communications
  • Oversee inventory levels and stock availability
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain documentation and traceability for orders and imports/exports
  • Support compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Work closely with colleagues in the head office
  • Take part in continuous improvement activities

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
  • Must have 2 years Purchasing Support and Logistics experience; Manufacturing facility experience is preferred; APICS or similar certification is a plus
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and ERP System 
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with sharp administrative skills
  • Must be hands-on, adaptable, and have a proactive mindset
  • Must be comfortable working in a small team environment
  • Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
