Our company, a local and well-established staffing and recruiting firm, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join its sales management organization in our Brunswick Office.  Area Temps has grown more than 30 percent in the past 36 months.  We are looking for financially-motivated individuals that will help increase our share of the temporary to permanent and permanent marketplace in Northeast Ohio. 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Telemarketing and cold calling for new business
  • Servicing existing client base
  • Face-to-face sales presentations
  • Participating in networking groups
  • Basic recruiting abilities


  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the staffing industry or outside sales
  • Basic computer skills; we will train on our custom recruiting software
  • Ability to work comfortably with a wide range of professional levels
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill is necessary
  • Applicant must be well organized and demonstrate attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
