Shipping/Receiving Specialist
Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, client is flexible.
Job Duties:
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate forklift and pallet jack
• Pull items from inventory, wrap skids, and prepare for shipping
• Record product weight, charges, and discrepancies accurately
• Compare shipping contents, invoices, and orders for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Must have previous Shipping and Receiving experience
• Must have previously operated a forklift and pallet jack
• Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Must have the ability to keep the warehouse in a safe and organized condition
