We’re looking for a Machine Operator who enjoys working with tools, setting up machines, and making things happen. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be working with a variety of machines to help us produce high-quality parts. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and programming a Drill Press
• Operating the Drill Press to complete precision work
• Setting up and operating machines like:
  • Countersink
  • Boring machine
  • Tapping machine (including changing taps and drill bits)
• Loading parts and running machines with the push of a button
• Training provided on how to set up and operate a Pem Setter

What You Need to Bring:

• Experience setting up and operating a Drill Press is a must
• Familiarity with countersink, boring, and tapping machines
• Ability to change out taps and drill bits
• A strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Work boots are required – safety is our top priority!
• Willingness to learn and grow with hands-on training
