Are you a seasoned professional with experience at NTB or Firestone? Do you have a knack for managing the front and a passion for working on cars? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!
What You'll Do:
- Open the Shop: Start your day by logging in customer information for vehicles dropped off before opening.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a smile, address their concerns, and schedule appointments for repairs.
- Phone Support: Answer calls, address concerns, and make appointments for repairs.
- Estimates & Orders: Write repair estimates and order parts, ensuring accuracy upon delivery.
- Office Duties: Handle shipping, manage stock orders, process cash and credit card transactions.
- Warranty Management: Manage aftermarket vehicle warranty contracts, including phone calls and claims.
- Hands-On Assistance: Occasionally help out in the shop when needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous work at NTB or Firestone.
- Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Screening: Background & drug screen required.
