Service Coordinator
Job Description
A communications company is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, verify order status, and update customer information accurately and efficiently into database
- Provide accurate and prompt information to customers, as well as, pass on accurate information by the customer to the correct department
- Address order questions and concerns quickly and effectively
- Monitor a shared Inbox that contains customer orders and inquiries
- Assist the Service Department and keep detailed records or notes on received calls
- Schedule technicians and vehicle maintenance
- Receive shipments and stage for schedule jobs
- Create purchase orders, order products, and research pricing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have prior office and customer service experience
- Must have the ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails every day
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, along with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must have solid analytical abilities
- The ability to adapt to change, work together in a team environment, and the willingness to take on additional duties is needed
