Job Description

A local firm is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send time sheets, expense reports, invoices, agreements, budgets, and miscellaneous items to Accounting on a weekly basis
  • Maintain insurance certificate, project cost files, project number list, architectural state licenses, and prepare client agreements
  • Order all supplies, pick up mail, and assist in FedEx incoming and outgoing packages
  • Assist in travel arrangements, preparing project specifications, letters, and correspondence, and planning events
  • Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Administrative experience; prior experience in Architectural or Engineering office is a plus
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and telephone skills
  • Must have the ability to discover problems, provide workable solutions, and determine a strategy for achieving goals
