Sales Coordinator
Job Description
A manufacturing company is offering an immediate, full-time opportunity for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with the sales team, plants, and other departments as required to assist in the quoting and administrative needs of the division. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, client is flexible on hours.
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support at the direction of the Sales Manager and team
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless sales operations
- Manage agenda and priorities on daily basis
- Maintain quote database and on-time performance reports
- Maintain tooling and engineered material quote database
- Support Sales Department on various Engineering, Technical, and Administration tasks
- Create Cost Estimators at the direction of Sales and Accounting
- Assist with populating customer form requirements and tool engineering cost breakdowns
- Interaction with vendors and/or customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have Rubber and Plastic Product Manufacturing experience
- Engineering, Program Management, APQP, and “Plex” System experience is preferred
- Motor Vehicle Manufacturing and General Automotive program language/cadence preferred
- Technical experience working with 2D drawings and 3D CAD models and math data is preferred
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and along with the ability to pick up on software programs quickly
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented
- Must be creative, take initiative, and be willing and able to find solutions as well as take on new responsibilities
- Must have the ability to use time wisely, prioritize, and multi-task
- Must have a strong work ethic and able to work independently and with a team
