We are expanding our team at our Parma office and actively hiring a Resume Scheduler. In this role, you will work closely with the location manager and sales team to screen candidates and schedule interviews. This fast-paced, people-focused position is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to grow in the staffing industry. Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends) Compensation: $14.00/hour + Commission
Responsibilities:
· Screening resumes
· Following up with applicants via phone or email to review their background, answer questions and schedule interviews
· Responding to high-volume job responses
· Recruiting administrative, light industrial, skilled trades and professional candidates
· Sending out marketing emails to applicant
Qualifications:
· Basic computer skills to perform essential job functions, such as sending emails and scheduling appointments using MS Outlook and navigating job sites, such as Zip Recruiter.
· Versatile person who can handle a variety of personalities.
· Must enjoy interacting with the public by phone and in-person, with a strong work ethic and who can work well in a team setting.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· A working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a plus
· Staffing industry experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with other recruiting, inside sales, customer service, receptionist, retail sales or hospitality background
· Bilingual skills are a plus
