Job Description
Well established staffing firm is seeking candidates to fill a Scheduler position. Responsibilities include recruiting applicants to fill positions available from our clients, utilizing search engines such as Indeed, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter and others. You will screen resumes, qualify applicants, set up interviews and do email marketing. This position involves substantial outbound and inbound phone work.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have 2 years college and/or 2 years sales experience, computer and internet savvy, a clear and articulate business phone voice, excellent time management, ability to multi-task, work well within a team environment and able to prioritize in a very fast-paced office. Only candidates that can pass a background check, BMV check, and drug screening will be considered. Any candidate that has staffing industry experience is a plus.
