Job Description
We are seeking a Clerk to support a Recruiter for a Transportation Company. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Answer Phones
- Work with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enter data into their corporate computer system
- Interact with drivers, customers, and staff
- Handle all paperwork associated with hiring new drivers; DOT and Medical Cards, etc.
- Make hotel reservations, schedule training meetings, and other special events
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have previous office experience
- Must have the ability to make hotel reservations and schedule meetings
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel along with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication and telephone skills
- Must be able to accurately maintain and handle paperwork
- Must have a professional appearance and friendly demeanor
