A local organization is seeking an individual to answer phones, receive and distribute mail and packages, greet incoming guests, enter orders, receive and process products, and print mailing labels. In addition, you will research tax information and last deed of records and process comparable properties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have clerical office/receptionist experience, must be computer literate, must have strong communication, organizational, and telephone skills, must have an eye for detail with strong multi-tasking skills, and must have be friendly and professional, along with having patience and compassion. Only those candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
