Office Assistant
Job Description
An expanding manufacturing company is seeking an Office Assistant to grow and advance into other positions within the company. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones
- Greet visitors
- Sign for packages
- Type and file correspondence
- Perform other administrative duties
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Office experience
- Must have an articulate and upbeat phone voice
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have strong MS Office and typing skills; Must pass typing and office tests
- Must have an outgoing personality with a professional image
- Must be able to multi-task
- Any candidate that has Sales and QuickBooks experience is a plus
