Receptionist - Short-term
Job Description
A non-profit organization is seeking a Receptionist to answer phones and emails, manually write work requests from applicants and give to maintenance, and perform other general office duties. This is a 4-to-8-week assignment working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have clerical office/receptionist experience, must be familiar with computer literate, must have strong communication, organizational, and telephone skills, must have an eye for detail, and must have patience, compassion, and professionalism. Only those candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
