A local management company is seeking an individual to manage tenant relationships, oversee rent collection and lease renewals, take care of escalated tenant concerns, maintain external agency coordination, and perform general office administration duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have previous Office/Administrative experience, must have property management knowledge, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have an articulate and professional communication and phone presence, must be highly organized and detail-oriented, and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality. Only those candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
