Here’s an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to support leasing and maintenance staff, hire pool staff and vendors, use AppFolio Software, and perform other duties as needed. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, you need to be flexible for special events.
Qualified candidates must have previous Property Management experience, must be extremely customer service oriented, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, time-management, and leadership ability, must have the ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records, and must be reliable. Only candidates that can pass a background, credit check, and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has AppFolio experience is a plus.
