Production Control Clerk

Job Description
A large supply company is seeking a Production Control Clerk to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Maintain relationships with all their customers
- Following specifications of orders you will be given hours needed, cost, and questions to discuss with clients
- Keep clients appraised of production dates
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have a Manufacturing background
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and/or Excel, along with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Must be able to pay a high attention to detail
