Production Administrator/Payroll

Job Description
A construction company is seeking an individual who will work under the Production Scheduler. This is a first shift position working Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Duties:
- Take daily attendance, verify time cards, and enter into spread sheet
- Print blueprints and make packets for meetings
- Monitor emails
- Perform general office duties
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have general office and payroll experience
- Must be comfortable with Excel and basic PowerPoint skills
- Must have strong organizational skills,
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Steel toed boots with ankle protection is required
