Job Description

A construction company is seeking an individual who will work under the Production Scheduler.  This is a first shift position working Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.


  • Take daily attendance, verify time cards, and enter into spread sheet
  • Print blueprints and make packets for meetings
  • Monitor emails
  • Perform general office duties


Job Requirements


  • Must have general office and payroll experience
  • Must be comfortable with Excel and basic PowerPoint skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills,
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Steel toed boots with ankle protection is required
