A local company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support daily operations by managing inventory, issuing parts, maintaining accurate records, and keeping maintenance and production running smoothly.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and overtime may be required based on business needs. 

Job Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials
• Issue parts to maintenance and operations personnel
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to reorder parts as needed
• Keep parts room and warehouse clean, organized, and labeled
• Assist with tracking part usage and identifying obsolete or low-stock items
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience as a parts clerk, stockroom attendant, or warehouse associates preferred
• Forklift experience a plus or have a willingness to be trained
• Basic computer skills working with inventory systems, email, and spreadsheets
• Must be able to pay a high attention to detail along with strong organizational skills
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods is needed
