Job Description

A sales and rental company is seeking an Administrator to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with overtime available.

Duties:

  • Purchase new or additional stock, receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using a computer
  • Verify inventory by comparing to physical count, investigate discrepancies, or adjust errors
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage area
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued
  • Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies based on work orders, purchase orders, or requisitions
  • Perform other duties as needed

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office; NexGen Maintenance Software is a plus
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
