Order Entry - Customer Service Clerk

A busy wholesale company is seeking an Order Entry – Customer Service Clerk for a full-time position. You will answer phones, manually take orders, and eventually enter orders into computer system. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have strong customer service experience, must be proficient using Word, Excel, and Outlook, must have excellent phone skills, must be dependable, must have solid follow-up and follow-thru skills, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, must have an energetic personality, and must be a problem solver who can think outside the box. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
