We have an immediate opportunity available for an Operations Manager who will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all line station and service check maintenance and ensure all customer requirements are met and schedules are maintained
• Ensure that equipment, material, and manpower time are properly documented for billing
• Coordinate the efforts of all personnel associated in the maintenance, repair, overhaul, and alteration of the aircraft and ensure all are properly qualified, trained, and authorized to perform their duties
• Ensure all FAA/CFR rules, regulations, customer requirements, and company policies are obeyed and followed
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED, a current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, and driver's license
• Must have several years of FAR 121 aircraft maintenance experience; Boeing Landing Gear 737, 747, 757, & 767
• Must have experience working with and leading successful teams to complete maintenance tasks, along with previous military leadership
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Must have the ability to read manufacturing manuals and carry, lift, or push up to 50 pounds
• Must be good organizational skills while managing multiple priorities
• Must be able to follow and comply by all FAA/CFR rules, regulations, requirements, and company policies
