Office Support - Short-term
Job Description
An accounting firm is seeking an individual to answer phones, greet clients, make appointments, file and scan documents, and perform other general office duties. This is a 3-month assignment working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior office experience, must have excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills, and must have the ability to multi-task and work independently. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
