Office Manager
Job Description
An automotive firm is seeking an Office Manager to take orders, enter them into the computer system, schedule appointments, take care of walk-in clients, and answer phone calls. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior office experience, must have excellent communication and telephone skills, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, and must be detail-oriented. Any client that has basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred.
