Job Description

Are you an experienced Office Manager? If so, we are looking for you! A small law firm is seeking an Office Manager to support a staff of 5.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will type pleadings, memo's, and other documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Process invoices and payroll
  • Handle dictation with a strong command of the English language including accurate spelling 
  • Perform other duties as needed

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have prior Office Manager experience; Legal background is preferred
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel with accurate data entry skills
  • Must have strong English language and spelling skills 
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be reliable with no attendance issues
