A manufacturing company is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. You will assist with general office inquiries, update administrative records, take orders, enter them into their system, and send out quotes to the customers. In addition, you will compile reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, handle correspondence, scans documents, and sends faxes. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have previous Office Assistant experience, must be computer literate with strong excel and accurate data entry skills, must have strong communication and organizational skills, must be detail-oriented, must be dependable with the ability to show up to work on time, every day. Only those candidates who can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
