A manufacturing company is seeking an Office Assistant to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer service calls and emails
  • Make and revise proofs using Photoshop
  • Enter and process invoices using QuickBooks
  • Perform other office related duties



Job Qualifications:

  • Must have general office experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have experience using Photoshop and QuickBooks
  • Must be reliable, upbeat, customer-friendly and detail-oriented
