A business service company is seeking an Office Assistant to assist with sorting, filing, archiving, and recycling insurance records, as well as, handling mailings, projects, events, and performing additional duties as assigned.  This is a 2 to 3 month assignment and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.



Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, must be HIPAA Certified (or willing to get certification), must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook, must have accurate data entry skills, must have strong communication and organizational skills, and must have an eye for detail.  Any candidate that has previous experience in Health & Welfare Management, Benefit, or Union Administration is a plus.
