Office Administrator
Job Description
A financial company is seeking an Office Administrator who will answer phones, make appointments, distribute mail, keep files, office, and advisors organized, use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro, and perform other clerical duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have experience working in an office, must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro, must have strong communication and organizational skills, and must have a professional demeanor. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
