Job Description
A Medina Ohio accounting firm has an opportunity available for an individual to be the first point of contact for the firm. You will great clients, escort them to the appropriate area, handle billing and credit card payments, organize the client list, and use Microsoft Word and Excel. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, you must be available to work overtime during tax season.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous administrative experience, must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, must be detail-oriented and organized, must be able to multi-task, must have excellent communication skills, and have a professional appearance and demeanor. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
