Office Administrator
Job Description
A local organization is seeking an Office Administrator to provide to take care of a variety of duties throughout the facility. You will work in Sage and Microsoft Excel Software, handle Social Media sites, marketing duties, assisting contractors, and other duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous office administrative experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have excellent communication and organizational skills, must be able to pay a high attention to detail, and must be reliable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has Peachtree experience, Social Media management, and Marketing knowledge is a plus.
