Office Administrator - Part-time
Job Description
A local company is seeking an Office Administrator to answer phones, take messages, schedule meetings, open mail, and print labels. In addition, you will also transcribe from a digital system and type into the company database. This is a part-time opportunity working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior administrative experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must be able to transcribe from a digital system, must have strong organizational and communication skills, and must have a professional appearance and pleasant phone presence. Only candidates that can pass a background and credit check will be considered.
