Office Administrator - Part-time

Job Description
A local financial planning firm is seeking an Administrator to provide assistance to several Advisors. You will work 3 to 4 days per week, approximately 6 to 8 hours per day.
Duties:
- Answer phones
- Open mail
- Send correspondence via mail or email
- File, scan, and categorize documents
- Fill out forms
- Perform other administrative/clerical duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Administrative experience
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Must have good communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and multi-task
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. There is the possibility this position may turn full-time in the future.
