Job Description

A local union is seeking a Member Support/Customer Service Representative for a full-time, first shift opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter application and new hire information
  • Update and maintain member information
  • Sent out monthly billing statements
  • Use a proprietary systems, Word and Excel
  • Email and phone follow-up
  • Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior experience working in an office
  • Must be proficient with Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent data entry skills
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must have a professional and pleasant phone presence 

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.  This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.  Any candidate that can speak Spanish is a plus.
