Member Support/Customer Service Representative

Job Description
A local union is seeking an entry level associate to join our team of professionals and help maintain a high level of service for our members. This is a full-time, first shift opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to members
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
- Answer phones and respond to calls, letters, and emails
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience working in an office
- Must be proficient using Word and Excel; Outlook is a plus
- Must have excellent data entry skills
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have a professional and pleasant phone presence
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
