This medical facility is offering an immediate position for a Medical Receptionist-Scheduler.  Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, following-up on insurance verifications, collecting co-pays, handle patient inquiries and intake information, manage providers and clinicians calendars, and use Kareo Software System.  This is a short-term opportunity and you will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have prior medical receptionist experience, must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, must have the ability to remain calm under pressure, must have a professional image, must be computer literate, and must be able to maintain confidentiality.  Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.  Any candidate that has a healthcare background is preferred.
