A manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Administrator who will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of office administration; Main focus is on Administrative, ISO, and HSE Support.  You will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies and Safety PPE
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Maintain all office administrative files, assist employees with questions, computers, and other needs;
• Prepare and Distribute Plant Notifications and Communications and maintain and support ISO Documentation
• Maintain and Coordinate the BBS Incentive Program, Hazard ID Program; Safety Data Sheets, Tool Box Meetings, and participate in the Safety Committee Administration
• Operate in compliance with all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations
• Maintain and Document the SAFE TOUR, schedule training according to Compliance Calendar, and assist employees with training 
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a College Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Must have at least 3 years Administrative experience; 3+ years Manufacturing environment experience is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and SAP experience
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Chats, calls, and meetings
• Must have strong organizational, communications, interpersonal, filing, scheduling, and documentation systems skills
• Must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail, prioritize duties, and work independently
