Sheet Metal Fabricator - 4 Needed - Second Shift - $25.11/hr
- Program and operate CNC Laser Turret Punch Machines, Panel Benders, and Press Brakes
- Set-up and operate brake press and punch press equipment
- Use micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates or rulers
- Operate handheld overhead crane and forklift
- Inspect parts and verify conformance to blueprint specifications
- Complete documentation accurately and timely and achieve target completion dates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
Mig/Tig Advanced Welder - 4 Needed - $24.59/hr
- Locate parts, jigs, fixtures, clamps, etc. to be worked on, as needed
- Set up equipment, machines, wire feed, and amps for the thickness of material to be used to get a good weld with minimum burn through
- Complete part and make first part inspection
- Periodically check parts for compliance to standards and change equipment as needed
- Follow required safety procedures with equipment and keep equipment stored properly
- Count parts, record, and deliver product as needed to new location
- Maintain appropriate quality level for all work by checking material and/or product for obvious defects before starting a job, during the job, upon finishing the job, and notifying a lead person or supervisor anytime a quality issue arises
- Fill out all time sheets or enter into computer completely and accurately all required information for labor done and all material, components, and product moved
- Assist in training people new to position in duties that are part of the job
- Observe all personal and equipment safety rules, report any problems to Supervisor, and keep work area clean
- Perform other duties as needed
Material Handler/Laser - 4 Needed - $17.97/hr
- Load and unload steel and aluminum sheets like a pro; lift up to 50 pounds
- Get ready to jump into action anywhere in the shop if the laser cutter decides to take a break
- Assist in cleaning up the offices and restrooms, take out the trash, and perform other maintenance duties when needed
Haas 5 Axis Vertical Mill Machinist - 2 needed - First/Second Shifts - $26.65/hr starting pay
- Set-up and operate CNC and Bridgeport Haas 5 Axis Vertical Mill Machine to produce parts, verify conformance to customer specs, make machine offsets, and read G&M code programming and editing
- Read blueprints, calipers, micrometers, and perform surface plate layout with height stand
- Move product to various locations in the shop via forklift or pallet jack, record piece counts, location, and record all daily production data into operating system software and on routing sheet
- Responsible for all daily and some weekly preventative maintenance that is required on these machine
- Inspect parts during run to ensure compliance with all blueprints and quality standards
- Load and unload material and clean, deburr, sort, and stack all finished parts
- Run jobs on all machines according to the operating system software priorities and work with supervisor and Production Control for any necessary schedule changes
- Maintain appropriate quality inspection methods and interval levels during all phases of a production run and notify quality control, a lead person or supervisor anytime a need arises
- Assist in training people new to position in duties that are part of the job, as required
- Observe all personal and equipment safety rules and maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Perform other duties as needed
Metal Finisher - $21.21/hr
- Use hand grinders and belt sanders to shape and smooth metal parts
- Remove any imperfections from the parts with precision
- Communicate with the Supervisor regarding any missing components
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the finished parts meet high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store tools properly
- Adhere to safety protocols to create a secure work environment
- Ensure all tasks are completed with the utmost attention to detail and quality
- Be ready to take on additional tasks as needed
