Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will maintain the equipment and facility to create a safe and reliable work environment.  This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Job Duties:

• Maintain and follow schedule of required maintenance tasks and a history log of work performed
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the manufacturing equipment
• Read and understand machine manuals and diagrams to diagnose and fix issues
• Purchase necessary parts and consumables for keeping the facility and equipment running smoothly
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance on the facility
• Throw out trash, break down boxes, and maintain cleanliness of work area
• Use tow motor for loading, unloading, and moving equipment and materials
• Be a resource for other personnel to complete miscellaneous projects

Job Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Must be able to maintain and follow schedule of required maintenance tasks and accurately keep a history log of work performed
• Must have the ability to perform preventative maintenance and reports on manufacturing equipment
• Must be able to read and understand machine manuals and diagrams
• The ability to perform interior and exterior maintenance on the facility is required
• Must be able to use a tow motor and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to continuously stand, sit, crouch, walk, and lean 
• Good vision or corrected vision for close-up, distance, color and peripheral work is needed
