Maintenance Technician - Part-time
Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to make basic repairs, such as electrical, plumbing, etc. mostly on the east side of Cleveland; however, you will need to be flexible to go to the westside, Lake, or Summit Counties if needed. This will start as a part-time position working 20 to 25 hours each week; however, there is the possibility of turning into a full-time position for the right person.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have basic building maintenance experience, must be safety conscious, must have own reliable transportation, and must be comfortable driving to the east side, west side, Lake, or Summit Counties. Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
