Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
A management company is seeking an individual to co-ordinate maintenance assignments, do field quality control, scope and quote jobs, etc. This position requires you to be in the office 60% and out in the field 40% of the time. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous Maintenance Supervisory experience, must have building maintenance knowledge, must have excellent organizational skills, must be computer literate and able to send quotes, emails, and attach photographs, and must have a solid work history with no attendance issues. Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check will be considered.
