Janitorial Maintenance
Job Description
A local company is seeking an individual who will serve as a janitorial maintenance associate who will be responsible for maintaining the property including daily general maintenance. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Remove trash, clean, sanitize, and perform other housekeeping needs
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Lift up to 50 to 75 pounds
- Be on your feet constantly for 8 hours which includes walking up and down small hills in all weather conditions and sometimes lifting very heavy trash bags
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of property or facilities maintenance experience or other applicable trade experience preferred
- Must be mechanically inclined and have experience with power and hand tools
- Must be comfortable being on your feet constantly for 8 hours and walking up and down small hills in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 to 75 pounds
- Must be punctual and highly reliable in attendance
- Must have a valid Ohio driver's license
