What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing Experience: Your hands-on experience in manufacturing is essential. Whether you've worked with CNC machines or not, we value your expertise.
• CNC Experience: While CNC experience is preferred, it's not a deal-breaker. We're open to training the right candidate!
• Tool Change Experience: No need to worry about tool changes – we've got that covered.
• In-Cell Inspections: Experience with in-cell inspections is a plus. If you're new to this, don't worry – our quality team and setup operators are here to support you.
• Setup Experience: Preferred but not required. Flash cutter setups are simpler than 3-axis waterjets, making it easier for you to get up to speed.
• Job Shop Experience: We prefer candidates with job shop experience over those from massive production environments. If you've worked with a variety of parts and enjoy the challenge of a diverse workload, you're the one we're looking for!
• Attention to Detail & Attendance: A keen eye for detail and reliable attendance are non-negotiable. We need someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to contribute every day.
