Job Description
A manufacturing company is offering an immediate, full-time position for a Machine Builder/Mechanical Technician that has extensive machine appliance and facility maintenance experience. This is a first shift opportunity working 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Oversee general operation of machines
- Repair broken belts and replace worn out mechanical parts
- Set-up machines for operation
- Reassemble units after repairs are make
- Make adjustments, clean, and lubricate parts
- Handle preventative maintenance of machines and build machines
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have extensive machine appliance and facility maintenance experience
- Must be mechanically inclined and safety-conscious
- Must be able to make adjustments
- Must have the ability to perform preventative maintenance of machines
