Job Description

A Receptionist/Administrator is needed to support a busy law firm.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Enter time into Timeslips Software and use Salesforce Software
  • Enter billing data into Management System
  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them and keep reception area tidy
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries, order office supplies, keep inventory of stock
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have Receptionist or Administrative experience with a customer service attitude
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and able to maintain calendars
  • Must have solid communication, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must have the ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
  • Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Must have a professional attitude and appearance
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgement

Only those candidates that can pass a background check or drug screen will be considered.  Legal experience is helpful.
