Legal Front Desk Administrator
Job Description
A Receptionist/Administrator is needed to support a busy law firm. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Enter time into Timeslips Software and use Salesforce Software
- Enter billing data into Management System
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them and keep reception area tidy
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries, order office supplies, keep inventory of stock
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have Receptionist or Administrative experience with a customer service attitude
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and able to maintain calendars
- Must have solid communication, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have the ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
- Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgement
Only those candidates that can pass a background check or drug screen will be considered. Legal experience is helpful.
