Job Description

A law firm is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to answer phones and greet clients, proofread trusts and wills, schedule appointments, bookkeeping duties, utilize QuickBooks to enter payroll, and perform other office duties as required.  This is a part-time position working 3 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.




Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have prior Bookkeeping experience, must have strong proofreading skills, must have an eye for detail, must be proficient using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks with accurate data entry skills, and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality, to exercise discretion, and good judgment.  Only those candidates that can pass a background check or drug screen will be considered.
